What To Do If You Are Sick?
Stay Home Except To Get Medical Care; avoid public areas & stay at home to rest
Separate Yourself From Other People and Animals In Your Home; as much as possible stay in a different room from other people and animals, limit contact with pets (have another person in your household care for them)
Call Ahead Before Visiting Your Doctor; before visiting your doctor, call and let them know you have or may have Covid-19 so they can take the necessary precautions to prevent the virus from spreading.
Cover Your Coughs And Sneezes; cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, dispose of tissue, immediately wash your hands with soap and water for about 20 seconds.
Clean Your Hands Often; wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, if soap and water are not readily available use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, avoid touching your face with unwashed hands
Do Not Share Personal Items; do not share dishes, cups, utensils, towels or bedding and wash these items thoroughly after use.
Clean All "High-Touch" Surfaces Everyday; clean and disinfect all areas that are touched frequently, such as doorknobs, counters, toilets, faucets, phones, etc...
Monitor Your Symptoms; seek medical attention if illness worsens, wear a face mask if you are sick to prevent spreading, and stay at home until you are instructed to leave.

How Does It Spread?
Person to Person Spread; people who are close in contact, typically within 6 feet of each other, or through respiratory droplets formed when a person whom is infected, coughs or sneezes.
Spread From Contact With Contaminated Surfaces; it may be possible for a person to get Covid-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it, then touching their face.
Easily Spreading; the virus that causes Covid-19 seems to be spreading easily in the community
